SOH is a co-founder of the South Los Angeles Homeless TAY and Foster Care Collaborative. Through our efforts in partnership with our Collaborative partners to bring the variety of stakeholders together, we have been instrumental in reaching a milestone – creating a community plan to prevent and end youth homelessness.
